Reuben Colley
 
 
     Reuben Colley considers painting to be much more than a job or career, it is a lifestyle. He is an energetic painter, he paints quickly and loosely with large brushed to create the base of each of his works. Colley studied at Bournville Art College as well as the University of Wolverhampton in England, where he achieved his BA in Fine Art. During his time at Wolverhampton he became very interested in the physical qualities of paint and how he could use these qualities to create different atmospheres within a canvas. Colley strives to bring his compositions together through a balance of color and light which helps create a peaceful, tranquil look.
