Hessam Bio


	Dynamic composition, powerful expression and vibrant colors along with great imagination create works of amazing depth and dimension to intrigue and disarm the viewer. This is but one way to describe the bold, colorful paintings of Persian born artist Hessam Abrishami. Due to the inspiration and encouragement of a high school teacher Hessam discovered his love of art and his own talent for painting when he was just fifteen. He continued his education, devoting major efforts to painting, architecture and calligraphy. Hessam later settled in Perugia, Italy to complete his Master of Fine Art degree at the Accademia Di Belle Arti, "Pietro Vanucci." Hessam paintings are influenced by his life experiences, they depict abstract figures in dramatic poses which reveal moods and relationships. Hessam currently lives in Los Angeles, California and continues to paint passionately.
