       Don Hatfield is one of the most innovative impressionist of our time. His style of painting softly blends figures of realism with the gentle touch of classic impressionism. He strives to create oil paintings that bond themselves to the viewer by showing them that beauty can arise from a single stirring moment. Don began his career as an artist when he relocated to Sante Fe, New Mexico in 1979 after a career in ministry. Later he moved back to Los Angeles, California to fulfill his creative potential under the master tutelage of Sergei Bongart. It was during this time that Don worked diligently to perfect his style that we see today.
